January Wrap-up

Hi everyone, I hope your 2017 has started off really well! 🙂

Even though I’m in a constant state of trying to catch up with my studies right now (personal fail of 2016) plus not getting into the librarian program like I’d hoped for, I’m still really stoked for 2017. I’ve started writing again and doing the leg work for a new project. I’ve applied for a part-time job and I’ve also been lucky to have been given arcs to read and review. My words for 2017 are positivity and balance, so that’s what I’m striving for. So far, so good!

I’ve finished reading Martians Abroad by Carrie Vaughn, a fresh sci-fi school YA (review coming soon) and I’m currently reading Gilded Cage by Vic James, a must for the lover of fantasy and dystopian-ish books!

This month I’ve read a modest total of 3 books:

– 10000 leagues under the sea by Jules Verne

– Mio, min Mio by Astrid Lindgren

– Martians Abroad by Carrie Vaughn

My favorite by far being Martians Abroad that I’m giving 4/5 stars in my upcoming review. 🙂
