Bookstagram

Yay! I’ve finally managed to get started on my bookstagram account!

I’ve wanted to start one since I stumbled upon the community last year. I feel awed by the individuals who manage not only to run a book blog, but also a bookstagram AND a book tube, while writing their own stuff AND living their various life’s. I mean, the sheer effort and creativity of these people are astounding. My heroes! I feel a bit overwhelmed thinking about it. I love to write, to photograph and read, but I haven’t been able to muster any energy for it. Well, until now, I hope. Bookstagram and this blog is up and running, now I just have to get my writing and photography seriously going again. 🙂

My name is Jessica and I’m loony. For books, I mean.

I LOVE to read, to write, to immerse myself in adventures and meet new characters. Be they of my own making or not. The idea with starting this blog is to be able to get my thoughts on black and white, maybe even get some bookish friends who share this passion with me and want to share their thoughts too.

I’m a mother of two boys, a wife and an owner of a dog and two cats. I work full-time and don’t have as much time as I used to have to read books and write, but this is my relaxation and so – multitasking at its finest. Family and books, the two worlds that makes me… well, me.
